Patrick T. Johnson, DMD – Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology
Dr. Patrick Johnson has been a member of the Tampa Bay dental community since 1997. His practice is limited to periodontics and implant dentistry.
Dr. Johnson earned his bachelors degree in Design Engineering from Brigham Young University and his doctorate from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He then went on to pursue his specialty training at UFCD completing his periodontal residency program in 1995. Dr. Johnson graduated with honors and received numerous academic awards. He was elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society and earned the University of Florida Presidential Recognition Award along with the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Periodontology.
Dr. Johnson is actively involved in the local dental community and volunteers his time and expertise on many levels. He currently serves as an Executive Council member for the Hillsborough County Dental Association. In addition, he enjoys giving back to the community and making a difference in peoples lives. He regularly volunteers his time and services at several locations throughout the Tampa Bay area and has served abroad in various capacities providing basic dental care for patients in such places as the Dominican Republic.
On a personal level, Dr. Johnson is most proud of his family. He is happily married and has three beautiful children, two daughters and a son. He enjoys spending time with his family and is deeply immersed in little league baseball.
